"Hope the Commuter Line KRL construction, precisely the Tanjung Priok line in the JIS area can proceed well and by the plan," he hoped.
It was needed to anticipate the high enthusiasm of the public to visit JIS, even though there is currently a Transjakarta Bus Corridor 14.
"By so, visitors can more easily access JIS. The provision of these facilities and infrastructure is expected to be an indicator of improving the economy of the surrounding area," he explained.
Transportation Ministry's Railways Acting Directorate General Zulma Efendi appreciated the operation of the railway service to support the JIS area.
His party would revitalize and repair the railway facilities at the Kemayoran, Rajawali, Ancol, and Tanjung Priok stations.
"This is part of supporting JIS to operate properly," he added.
Hopefully, the same project could also be realized in other areas in a bid to create a mass transportation network in Jakarta.
